Prints: Made to order — allow up to 7 business days before dispatch.

Gift Cards & Calendars: Sent within 2–3 business days.

Prints: Rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes.

Cards & Calendars: Sent flat in protective mailers.

We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

New Zealand: Tracked courier, usually 2–5 business days (longer for rural).

International: We ship worldwide — delivery times vary, usually 10–21 business days. Customs/import charges may apply in your country.

To make sure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas:

NZ orders: Place by 15 December (rural by 10 December).

International orders: Place by 30 November.

Prints are made to order, so no returns for change of mind.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund.
